1 Nov. The school will open unofficially for the children not at work in the field.
 
10 Nov. School re-opened. 7 children from Waternewton CE school.
 
11 Nov The Headmaster will be absent from 2.30-3.30. Remembrance day was celebrated with a short religious service at 11am. Prayers were taken by the Head Teacher and Mr A. G. Straw.
 
Dec. 1 Miss M.Smith absent through sickness first part of am session. Dentist visited to give treatment.
Children from Methodist Schoolroom at this school.
 
Dec. 16 Mr A. G. Straw absent.

Jan. 5 School re-opened.
Jan. 26 School closed owing to rooms being flooded by leak.
